Letter from the WAC

Dear WAC Members:
We did our best to stay open as long as possible and our priority is and always the health and safety of our WAC
community. It was with a heavy heart that we made the decision to close Monday March 16th

, not only for you but for
the staff that makes the club function. In light of what has transpired with the coronavirus (COVID-19) in the past two
weeks it was the right decision. We will closely monitor the situation, but expect to be closed until at least April 13th.
We realize that the WAC is more than a place to work out, it is a way of life both mentally and physically.
Immediately upon closure the staff went to work sanitizing and disinfecting every piece of equipment, furniture, tennis
court, pool surface and hard surface throughout the facility.
• MEMBERSHIPS: We are in the process of putting all memberships on hold. They will be reactivated once the
club re-opens. You will see a charge and a credit on your credit card statement. This is because of the way our
vendor, Club Automation, EFT system is set up with. If you do not see a credit please contact us immediately
and email a copy of the statement.
• PRE-PAID PACKAGES: We will be extending the expiration dates of all memberships, classes and clinics.
• REFUNDS: We are not able to provide refunds, all prepaid fees will be applied to future programs.
Although we disagree with the Governor when he says we are a non-essential business, we need to stay safe. Over the
next few weeks there will be limited staffing. If you need to contact us, please email Rick Borelli at

other telephone extension or email until further notice. On a limited basis, we will continue to share updates on our
Facebook and email platforms.
We truly appreciate your understanding during this unprecedented time. We miss you and can’t wait to have you back!
