Our Adult Clinics run on a weekly sign-up basis. For members, you can register up to six days in advance and non-members, 24 hours in advance.
To register, please call the Front Desk at 781-899-5000 ext. 0 and they will register you for any of the classes below if there is space available. Tennis Basics (2.0-2.5)
Perfect for anyone new to the game. The class will cover the essentials of tennis – forehands, backhands, volleys, serves, and basic footwork / court positioning. We understand that the game can seem quite challenging at first glance, and our pros strive to make the learning process simple and enjoyable while getting you started on a track to lifelong enjoyment of tennis. Come join our program and see if tennis just might be your game!

Hour-long class of tennis instructions. Point construction and strategy with a broad focus on Singles and Doubles tactics.

Cardio Tennis (3.0+)
Hour-long program of fast-paced hitting and footwork. Weekly sign-up at the front desk.

Tuesdays & Thursdays : 7:00PM to 8:00PM

Adult Intermediate (2.5-3.0)
An intermediate clinic for players who are past the basics, and looking for instruction on how to take their tennis to the next level. This clinic lasts and hour and a half.
Mondays: 8:00-9:30PM

Stroke of the Week (3.0+)
This is a one-hour clinic where a particular stroke is featured. Participants will hit a lot of balls and work on shot placement and proper footwork.

Instructional Round Robin (2.5-3.0)
This clinic is directed towards players who are not quite beginners, but are almost ready to get into regular play. It includes one hour of instruction and 30 minutes of play time.

Cost: $27/members $35/non-members
There is a 24-hour cancellation policy on all programs. If you need to cancel and cancel less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged the program fee.
